Now DELL wants to, "take on Sun Microsystems and others as a provider of Internet infrastructure." Am I concerned? No, not at all. Actually, I think DELL, "only a box maker," will have a hard time competing.

Dell Computer is touting two new four-processor servers to keep the
company competitive with Hewlett-Packard, IBM and Compaq
Computer.

Dell yesterday announced its new PowerEdge 6400 and 6450 servers, each
capable of housing up to four Pentium III Xeon chips, as part of its push to
take on Sun Microsystems and others as a provider of Internet infrastructure.

DELL shareholders could be on the verge of experiencing some of the frustration CPQ shareholders did when they heard analysts say or read article that called CPQ a, "box maker."

Glad I do not hold shares of DELL.
