(Nasdaq: DDDDF) today announced that the Company has renewed its existing
distribution agreement with Boole & Babbage Europe, a wholly owned subsidiary
of Boole & Babbage, Inc. (Nasdaq: BOOL). The agreement, previously due to
expire on December 31, 1997, has been extended through December 31, 1998.

Under the extended agreement, Boole & Babbage Europe will remain as the
exclusive distributor throughout Europe for New Dimension Software's industry
leading enterprise production and output management products. Boole & Babbage
Europe will also continue to resell CONTROL-SA, EagleEye Control Software's
security management product line.
