Mr. Fritz told me today that between he and Mr. Rakib, they own 3.2 million shares of TERN. The no. of shares sold is insignificant. Did he happen to tell you how many were his and how many Mr. Rakib's? And did he distinguish between options and shares already vested? To put the issue to rest, they need to be absolutely clear on the status of shares and options and exercise dates. You will note in Terayon's 10-K they lump Imedia, Radwiz and Telegate together when discussing revenues and losses. It makes it more difficult to know which company lost how much. Pat
