The 'strong' economy aruguement reminds me of how infallible Japan supposedly was until their crash. Textbooks were telling everyone how to manage Japanese style, and periodicals droned on about how the Japanese were so fiscally in order and all. They were going to buy the world. Now that the same is being said about the U.S. of course you have to wonder. Are we really THAT great and that is what is being reflected in the dollar? Why isnt' the dollar MUCH higher [actually historically low against the yen isn't it?] then? Only time will tell.. in the mean time trade like nuts, what a great trading market... best I've EVER seen in 20 years on wall street. Speculation is wild, people throwing money at the options market, just completely nuts.
