To all> So the evil empire (MSFT) is coming out with their handheld computer based on an improved CE OS whith which they will hope to kill PALM> All you techno savy COMS followers, please explain to us poor techno-challenged suckers how reliable the CE OS is and will it be adopted for critical applications like banking, hospitals, B2B in general which needs absolute reliability. Other apps like brokers, like Schwab etc., would they want to adopt CE based system. Let's please have a discussion about this here and on the PALM thread. Thanks in advance. Another thought, how popular is Windows NT in critical applications vs Unix, Linux and other OS's and is there not a similarity with the CE vs PALm OS for big business apps.
