JDN, RE: I presume the lower margins guidance first half of year is due to reworking the aquisition?? Mgmt stated that the margin guidance was primarily due to seasonality in revenue streams combined with more of a straight line growth for the expense streams Did they not mention whether or not business was strong?? I don't know if those exact words were used, but they certainly didn't warn of slowing growth, that's for sure.
