zwolff, instead think of buying softy under 80 and you will have higher chance of making some money. If software and hardware companies are sued on every bug, ORCL, SUNW, INTC and everyone else would be bankrupt by now. Have you heard of Intel's FP bugs?; Solaris bug that brought down E-bay?
