Keiko, Any information regarding TRIBY's patent infrigement that you can/will share would be very much appreciated. You bring up some important questions: Was TRIBY's patent dispute with BD? If so, was it regarding the same technology as BD's suit with QDEL? Did or will the settlement seriously impact TRIBY's profits? What makes you think QDEL will settle? Do the TRIBY execs have some insight on QDEL's prospects for fighting this in court?
