That is true. Merrill is not raising their stock allocations. Even Ralph Bloch said it would have been better for the overall technical health of the market to have a down move....Too many little stocks have been clobbered so badly that they can never come back...unless they really start showing earnings. There are still a lot of bloated stocks with no earnings and minimal revenues that are carrying multi billion dollar market caps...because they are catchy concept stocks. The down move may come when we least expect it...and when we are not prepared for it.
