teevee - Aber will move ahead on both projects for the time being as they are both viable. The relatively small amount of money that they need to spend to meet their financial obligations on Snap will be supplied on time. My guess is that Aber will sell their interest in Snap in order to help finance Diavik so the money they spend on Snap is more of a short term investment to them than anything else. As far as potential lawsuits, maybe Aber can call RT for advice as he seems to be a lot closer to one (or at least the wrong side of one) than they are.
