Brad & Katie: Opinion on GWTR? Profitable company with contracts coming in, but hasn't moved well. If profits are so rare on OTC, why hasn't this company performed better? I've seen price targets in the $50-100 range by 2010. I'm baffled, but still long on this one. I averaged down several times as price dipped under .40, but didn't get anymore last week when it dipped again because I was getting so discouraged. It's done well today. TIA
