Looks like BD can't keep their hands off SD biotechs. From Today's SD Union-Tribune: Nanogen Inc. and Becton, Dickinson and Co. announced that they have entered into a worldwide, multiyear collaborative agreement to develop test systems to diagnose infectious disease. Specific terms were not announced, but New Jersey-based Becton Dickinson will make an equity investment in Nanogen, a San Diego-based biotechnology company.
