Neil,

I haven't seen anything except some twit that downgraded from a strong buy to a buy. I am watching TXN and it is acting the same way after earnings. Remember awhile back that BOA downgraded VTSS the week before it took off to $115. I'm not saying that is going to happen again, but with no explanation I will hold on.
