I'm whipping WCOM up by interviewing. I have had about 9. I'm noticing a problem with having an MBA and a bit of stock knowledge, you know what the companies are up to.

My favorite one so far was the company that was rescued from bankruptcy, had essentially no product, the product they did have was in places where there was no market, no financing until the management met specific goals (which they, after 2 years, had not met. Their business plan required the company to go into over $200mm debt in the next 5 years, and on the 6th year they would, by the grace of god, product a $100mm profit.

On top of that, they were offering a package that was less than 50% of market with under 1000 stock options.

I'm thinking of becoming a day trader.
