To all,
This board is just about completely dead. That is a good contrarian indicator to me showing that nearly everyone has lost interest in REITs, since REITs are technically gaining strength and trading above the 200 day moving average for the first time in ages.
TEE usually goes ex-dividend around the end of April, and is one of the few REITs trading at the low end of the range for the last 3 months. This is a likely trade that will allow one to collect the dividend in just a week and get out with a potential profit also. I bought today at 19-5/16 and 19-1/4, looking to get 20-21 by the end of next week.
Richard
