Bank ONE, regarding First USA card division,, has anyone heard of them selling a portfolio of tardy revolving credit accts that were already settled in full. They , First USA,took the settlements in full and instead of honoring their agreements ,, sold the loans to a credit collection agency called CREDIT TRUST Corporation in Maryland who is proceeding to try to collect on the accts.

Card holders in this situation with Credit Trust, First USA or any other collection agencies recieving loans purchased from First USA that were already settled

please contact your local consumer protection agency on where to proceed.
