Cablelabs never removed S-CDMA from possible future inclusion in DOCSIS. At all times since TERN was first invited to submit S-CDMA, a DOCSIS revision number has remained in the cards for S-CDMA DOCSIS inclusion if and when an S-CDMA prototype is submitted and accepted. All notions to the contrary implied and/or flatly stated in the suits, are wrong. There is an excellent chance the cases will be thrown out, IMO.
