It remains virtually unquestioned that if you have a three year time horizon tech is the place to be. It remains unquestioned that tech earnings will grow faster than the economy. It remains unquestioned that the big tech winners now cannot be displaced. Business news reports are probably 60% on tech stocks most days. That doesn't sound like a sector that is even out of favor, let alone a "unanimity of bearishness".
