David: I see the current situation differently from you. My feeling is that:-

(1) we shall expect to hear even more deadly silence from our shameful Fuller/BOD, now that the lawsuits have started on them.

and (2), I have also believed that our shameful Fuller/BOD will try every and all imaginable tricks to get the deal through.

On a positive note, it seems to me that Coates has both the laws and the facts on his side. Also, and perhaps most importantly, if he can get other institutional holders to come out publicly and clearly stating a NO to the merger, then I think it would be reasonable to assume that the deal is off. In my opinion just one or two institutional holders will bring closure to this Fuller/BOD shame.

At that point, our shameful Fuller/BOD will be told to F___ off and it is entirely possible that Coates may take over as an Executive Chairman etc etc. His business plan for INPR is excellent. I have been thinking to buy more INPR stock since the news of his lawsuit.

p.s. There was an interesting article on Fuller in Yahoo INPR message board - message #57147.
