I did when I first moved to the country. Home shopping wasn't on cable then but it was on satellite so I bought one. Used it to watch TV for 1/2 hour during blackout. Never needed it since.

Oddly enough, I used to listen to WLS radio when on the computer. I got a new computer and it fucks up my am radio. I tried 1/4 inch aluminum as a shield and it didn't work. Seems like my body is the only thing that shields the radio enough.
