Seems like everyone is trying to buy this one el cheap-o and lay in the lowball bids hoping for fallout.This often works well in volitile markets,but many also miss opportunities once the company moves forward with its plans.

Expect this one to move soon if markets continue to stabilize or appreciate.Big moves on Nas will bring the money back to the CDNX eventually.Smaller caps appreciated across the board today,but CPT did not participate.
