uthabros, Do you think it would be fraud if Zakib Rakib, Shlomo Rakib, Ray Fritz, and Mike D?Avella sold shares while they possessed knowledge of the CableLabs "cease and desist" letter without passing that on to shareholders and the investing public? Im just curious as to your definition of insider trading and what material effect it would have on selling shares bases on the cable labs letter, specifically since the letter has never been acknowledge by TERN until today.
