Michael, Today the bid ask spread on SIIS is 18 cents. This is the largest I've seen it. During the shorting activity it got as low as 3 cents. What does this mean? Do the MM's expect an upward move? Does the spread suggest any reason for optimism or am I just searching? Thanks, Phil
