Corel and CTL Team Up to Offer Dual Boot Systems to Customers! Computers with LINUX/Windows capabilities offer flexibility and lower cost to users
OTTAWA, CANADA--Corel Corporation (NASDAQ: CORL, TSE: COR) today announced an OEM deal with Computer Technology Link Corporation, a global leader in OEM and manufacturing, electronics, and communication products, which provides the latest technologies to computer systems.
Computer Technology Link Corporation will release a dual boot computer system bundled with Corel(r) LINUX(r) OS, WordPerfect(r) Office 2000 for Linux(r) OEM and Windows(r) 98.

OTTAWA, CANADA--Agreement with Corel Provides Versatile Linux-based Office Suite with Windows(r) Capabilities at Significantly Reduced Costs
Corel Corporation (NASDAQ: CORL, TSE: COR) and Maxspeed Corporation today announced that the two companies have entered into an OEM agreement, which they anticipate will accelerate widespread use of Linux(r)-based office applications on the desktop.
Under the agreement, Maxspeed will bundle Corel(r) LINUX(r) OS and WordPerfect(r) Office 2000 for Linux(r) OEM with any one of the Maxspeed Thin Systems, bridging the hardware and software gap to enable Linux broad-based expansion into the office desktop environment.

Corel Announces Strategic Alliance with Polywell Company Inc.
OTTAWA, CANADA--Corel Corporation (NASDAQ: CORL, TSE: COR) today announced a deal with Polywell Company Inc. to bundle Corel(r) LINUX(r) OS and Corel WordPerfect(r) Office 2000 for Linux(r) OEM version with any one of its multi-boot Linux, Windows(r) 98, Windows NT(r) and 2000 Systems.
Polywell Computers Inc. specializes in manufacturing custom configurations for a wide range of computers. They have extensive experience in delivering solutions for the Linux platform and recognize Corel as a leader in bringing this operating system to the desktop.
Polywell will bundle Corel's Linux operating system and WordPerfect Office 2000 for Linux OEM with several of their multi-boot systems. These systems will be available for purchase on-line at www.polywell.com/corelinux.html. Consumers will also have the option to select Corel LINUX OS and WordPerfect Office 2000 for Linux on all Polywell x86 systems.
