There is a lot of logic to a retest, if you think about it. First fear to then greed and short covering, then left over fear and added fear from the first drop and bold shorts how see stocks failing to recover, (that's why you get a second drop that is greater then the other drop sometimes) then greed and manic shorts covering feeding on itself as the recovery progresses, all that making a W. I for one like a retest that overshoots myself. The second drop is the best one to buy, why not have it drop further so you get a better deal. We had a retest failure on the NAZ<g>, that is really bad, we could make a giant W now, with the market oscillating for the year.
