DWA makes a good point tonight that the Nasdaq is in no mans land right now. Too far to go for a buy signal and too far to go for a sell signal so the only hope is a pullback to give us some base to work from, either to get an easier buy or sell signal. The risk because of this is great in the market right now. I'd like to see a pullback tomorrow and some of the stocks that have been running come back a little. The reversal up from the BSL didn't come from a support area so it is anyones guess what it will do - make a new support area or not, that is the question. Oh, they also mentioned the contrarian indicator about the newspapers etc but said that on Monday they had tons of calls from people wondering what to buy... that isn't too negative and does this mean there has been no contrarian indicator yet? Hmmmm.
