I, too, bought in around 1 5/8 last April. Traded some, but have ended up tripling position, buying more today at $27. Contrary to some, I feel more comfortable with the stock and the company each day. Look at the talent and pedigrees on their advisory board. Clive Whittenbury,Ph.D, for example, is Advisory Board Chairman for the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory Laser directorate and a member of the Advisory Committee for the Director of the Laboratory. Initial test results are most positive; if all else is positive in these "Phase III" trials, you have a company that is going to rock and shake the entire technical sector. I am seriously considering a short position in IBM, Intel and others upon completion of ANTS benchmark testing. Suddenly today's fastest computing speed, prior to ANTS, becomes obsolete.
ANTS may or may not end up in your portfolio. But if you once pursued your dd and chose to buy, it may have been for good reason(s). So, too, may have been your decision to exit when it was ANTSE. But don't confuse a past circumstance with the promise of today. As Harry Browne once said, "You cannot justify a mistake by perpetuating it." |
