That is EXACTLY what he said.

It clearly made no mathematical sense. I know, that would be more that 200 million CPU per year! Dahhh!! That's why it was so stupid when he said it. And then when I pointed it out, he was arrogant enough to defend it. Much like Paul and his 1 GHz fanless CPU.
