DebraVogt: Tough market huh? Since you seem be to more of an investor than a trader it's a bit difficult to try to answer your question. I am very cautious because I've seen so many stocks (even of good COMPANIES) decline sharply. Will this be the "buy 'em on the dip" that has worked so well for so long, or something different? It's my sense that it's "something different" this time...and until the market tells me otherwise, I shall remain cautious. If you don't but and stocks fly, well its an "opportunity cost." I can live with that. But if you buy and they continue down, you see your capital dwindle. I prefer to avoid this...at all costs. Remember the Cardinal Rule: "You Gotta Stay in Business." (Lee)
