FMKT<------------SELL REC!! @ 72 The Compnay has made several false and Misleading statemenets, including but not limited to their claims of being a market maker and being the only online auction with a complete Infrastructure in place for b2b auctions.. The truth of the matter is , The Company has no infrastructure in place whatsoever....NONE!!!!!!! They dont handle any of the orders all they do is acta s a middle man,,an ever decreasingly popular role for companies on the net.... This is a Joke and their use of BIG names..is inteneded to mislead people into thinking they are some major operation, when in actuality they are nothingf but a website that lists otrher peoples stuff and takes a miniscule slice, they have NO INFRASTRUCTURE ...PERIOD!!!!!!!( A Direct lie !!!!! ) The compnay when pinned down in an interview tried to explain that their Customer Service Dept , was actually the Infrastructure they referred to. The sales and auctio volume are incredibly misleading since many of its custiomers are in fact share holders and Not independant thitrd parties..... VISTEON DEAL that was just announced, includes a 1.75 million share warrant that is far more valuable to VISTEON than it ever could be in revenues to FMKT..This is the same old Pump and Dump scheme, giving custoimers stock so they use them.....ITS A FARSE!!!!!!!!!!!!! MORE TO FOLLOW...Stand BY
