Griff, 16% of the SOX index on the Philadelphia exchange is semi equip makers. The rest are the semiconductor companies. phlx.com All the big semi equips, and the SOX, are highly correlated: tscn.com So you could probably trade any of AMAT, NVLS, or KLAC as a proxy for the sector as a whole.
