Thank you for your post. Maybe we're getting caught up in semantics, but a key point made in the ABC program (come to think of it may have been Prime Time Live not 20/20) was that the brokerage industry in general is in fact way behind the curve wrt poor treatment of women in the workplace. The program focused on S-B, but the allegation that the industry has a problem was loud and clear. So, TJK's LL story fit the pattern alleged in ABC program. That was point of the sentence in question, not to say in any way the same line LL told you: 'Hey so what, everybody does it.' I've got a wife & daughters; I'd gladly join you in jeering any LL woman-haters being hauled off to jail for sexual harassment/assault.

I'm sorry to hear LL blew away 70% of your funds. FWIW, have you taken your complaint to the Colorado Atty General's office? That may be your best bet. The AG may even have a dedicated securities fraud department, given volumes of scams out there.

Re my own underwater position on DWCH, I've said many times that Monarch is for real, no vaporware there. Just a sr. mgt team that has not shown themselves as capable for the task of reaping rewards from it. A mgt change may be the Rx but as Jeffrey has said, we shouldn't hold our breaths. If I sell I'll let thread know.
