Why would Homestake pay $5 per share and only wind up with 3% of the company. What possible advantage would that give them? If a Major were to finance @ $ 5.00 with IWA price at these levels (which has not been officially announced incidentally) I'm certain there would be a "first right" clause buried somewhere in the agreement, wouldn't you agree ? "BULLY"!
