Global Light is coming back to life. Up about 12% so far today while the rest of the market is going nowhere. It looks like someone has been trying to accumulate shares quietly. The trading has been steadily up all morning. As investors get more confidence and anticipation around the Bestel IPO, I think the movement upward could accelerate. Baird
