Well...that is the idea. But, in practice, it is not so simple. I execute 100-150 trades a day....with my WWW based broker that sells order flow...I get fills at the offer or bid posted on the inside....90% of the time. When i try and send orders using something like cyber, the fills are great...if an ECN is available, and not too bad when it targets via S-net on a slow stock. My problem is when sending a limit above the offer for example, it first targets the offer, if the offer raises, it does not immediatley go to the next higher offer...in other words...i miss the trade. I still have not heard anyone with an opinion on how cyber will act under the new NASDAQ rules
