rexnine, That leaves one director with any pharmaceutical/biotech experience at all, according to the 10-K: Schaeffer from Solvay. And his is thin compared to Woler's. If they don't find a good replacement, this one is headed further down the toilet, and Mr. Icahn & Associates will have a nice fat write off. On the sidelines till they hire. Cheers, Tuck
