IMO, you should have E-Mailed the person(s) who's account you had access to immediately..... I have learned over the years (especially the last two), that it simply does not pay most of the time to be nice and give the companies you are dealing with any breaks. It's literally "war" out there, and you always have to take steps to protect yourself first. I have spent MANY hours on the phone helping a particular big name brokerage firm over the years straighten out their glitches and problems, and got back very little in return for my efforts. It just does not pay. Try not to waste your time anymore. That is what I've learned. Yogi
