They don't want to hire, IMO. Woler was doing a fine job.

They provided incentive for him to leave. Isn't the simplest explanation that platform, cash, potential milestone/royalty flow, and Axiom stake are being shopped?

Imagine a "phenotyping" company that's looking to go public. Now try to estimate the difference that it might make to the offering if the company also has capacity for screening and potential royalty flow from OSIP-Solvay or OSIP-proprietary. You take (IMO) $30 million worth of KDUS and turn it into $50 million of new equity.

Pretty easy, IMO, to do clever things with the company, and Woler was simply the last impediment.
