I really don't know. The materials side of the business seems to be doing well but not as well as their tech side, so this may be what the sellers are focusing on.

Like the previous poster said, it's probably a buying opp. I bought some under 35. Company has been on my watch list and reached an acceptable entry point for me so I've created my initial quarter position.
