Bob - Didn't mean to upset you. My main thought is that I don't want an ESAF Buy-Out until we are well established and have good sales results. I was one of the Amati Faithful that had wonderful patents and technology, but were bought out by Texas Instruments before Amati could get ADSL to market. TI has incorporated the Amati technology into its' DSP processors and TI is on a roll. I need much more than 52 week high to recoup my investment. :) BB
