At this point it is not clear if GBLX shareholders will initially get shares of the GC spinoff (probably not). Robert Sheldon and Curtis Bemis are studying the S-3 and I am sure they will let us all know their conclusions when they are ready. The initial impression I got was that at some point in the future, GBLX shareholders may be given GC shares as a dividend. we'll see.
