WB,

I am assuming that you are familiar with the rule changes.....does it not seem that executions will be better due to the fact that the NASDAQ will auto execute orders up to the # of shares on the offer/bid (limited to 9k). I did not see a mention of the 5 min. rule...is that for sure still going to be ineffect?
