David:

I have just read the link on message #62019 on the Yahoo's INPR board and it seems clear now that the institutional holders will decide the outcome of the merger. There is no question to a rational mind least of all the institutional holders that the merger with Corel is financially bad, and little persuasion needed here. Equally however, there must be a clear mgt succession and going forward business plans for INPR if the institutional holders are to be persuaded to come down on the side of Coates. Would you and anybody else comment on this?

Al.
