Where do you see that, Duncan? ... it is contradicted by this -

There is now no reason whatever for the boy to be held away from his father, as he can't be removed from the US. It is not possible, btw, to gain diplomatic immunity to the point of being able to leave a country undetected by merely visiting a particular house [something i learned at the consulado mexicano] [just ask aj, lol].

And there's every reason to get him out of that zoo down there.
