Reno asked the Court for an affirmative order telling Elian's great-uncle Lazaro Gonzalez to turn over Elian to Juan. The Court refused.

There is no reason for the boy to be transferred now. It is clear from the Court's ruling that Reno is working against Elian's interests.

The family has always been willing to allow Juan to see Elian, but Juan's handlers have refused.

Looks like the Courts will ultimately rule in the boy's favor and against the Clinton-Reno-Castro axis that wants to deliver him to that nightmare that is Castro's Cuba.

btw, the UN just voted to condemn Castro's Cuba for its deplorable human rights record. Castro's response? A forced march:
