Sounds like Dale is confident of the instituions' positions. Could be BS, but I would not think they would have done this without the support of Merrill & the others. Merrill is not sweating it, as this investment is trivial. I don't know what to expect. I do agree with Dale that what you read on the message boards doesn't amount to much. That's about all I'm agreeing with him on at the moment, though...
