Frank, Ray-- On the outage stuff. Note that the Carrier is
required to send in a final report detailing the impact, the
cause, corrective measures and all that within 30 days.

So, watch that space (bookmark the URL I sent) and check for
the final report. Look at some of the others from 30 days
ago.
