I agree, David's comments came off as gloating to me(no class). As far as Pairgain's management goes, I think I was suckered into one to many "2 more quarters before things improve".

I now know to look out for key founders leaving and for declining revenues while in the middle of product transitions. Does anyone else have lessons about owning pairgain they would share in respect to knowing when to sell? I was burned very badly with this stock and wish to learn how to see the freight train coming the next time.
