Thai "Business Day" published this in todays paper (4/19): CP Foods Set to Make New Share Offering to Shareholders CHAROEN Pokphand Foods, Southeast Asia's largest animal feed producer, said it plans to raise 1.92 billion baht (US$50.7 million) selling new stocks to existing shareholders. See details at: bday.net Shares were up in Thailand (I suppose that ADRs will fare as well also.) Won't this dilute the value of shares further? Reid
