John C - so the "Case is closed on MDR" huh ?

....really - hmmm.

- if the "risk" was "REALLY" gone - don't you think we'd see a 2 M share day and a run thru $12-$14ish regardless of what the OSX was doing ?

Far be it for me to "Bet" on my legal interpretation - but, no one with the Big $ & plenty of Legal Advice has "bet" long on MDR yet either however... remember the spike thru $13 here recently - only to revisit sub $7 ? - we've seen nothing volumewise indicative of any final disposition of RISK.

We shall see, but don't forget ESV ran from $8 to the high $30's during the timeframe that MDR ran from the high $30's to $8 - ironic huh (VBG) ~?

...Who ya gonna call ? ESV, or MDR ?

RWS; what did that huge volume breakout thru $13+ on Feb 18th tell you - since that too; was a classic technical buy signal; only to be followed by a major whipsaw ?

Not dissing MDR - it's not FGH afterall (VBG) but, risk does matter - and its certainly STILL a factor here imo.

I think that first 2 Million Share spike will be a clear signal that there is no longer ANY "clear & present danger",,,
